Because wedding planning and coordination is an individual process, here at A Little Grace A Little Lace Events I strive to create an exclusive and tailored experience for the needs of each couple. 

Below you will find my basic packages, however, please reach out if you do not see something that fits your needs and I can build a custom package JUST FOR YOU. My mission is to ensure your wedding planning experience is a smooth, supported, and a fun one. 

Many factors will be taken into account when building a quote. The aspects that we consider when putting together your package are:

Venue location(s), Estimated guest count, Decor vision, and Vendor/friendor team. Providing a one of a kind, down to earth, and fun wedding planning experience is at the top of our priority list!

Month of Coordination

What a fantastic option for couples that have already planned all the pretty details, love their design vision, so excited about seeing their wedding day for all the hard work they put in... from a GUESTS PERSPECTIVE! They want to be getting pampered, polished, dined, and wined after the many hours and dedication involved with making sure their wedding says "THIS IS US!" Smooching, toasting, and eating cake from a love birds perspective and not the host. This is also a great option so that moms and dads get to kick back and admire the beautiful relationship they only dreamed of for their kids.

  • 1 in person consultation.

  • 1 Coordinator.

  • Up to 2 in person detail meetings where we discuss your vision, goals, and décor 

  • Contact with your vendors or "friendors" if you have a more DIY plan.

  • Vendor referrals 

  • Vendor contract review.

  • Development of a detailed timeline and/or digital floorplan if needed.

  • 1 Venue walkthrough 

  • Unlimited communication via email, phone, text, facebook messenger. 

  • Rehearsal day management.

  • Decor set up on wedding day.

  • Up to 9 hours of in person "Day Of" services, depending on first vendor arrival.

  • Tear down can be added for an additional fee

Planning & Design Assistance

This package includes everything in the M.O.C. (Month of Coordination) package as well as the addition of partnering with you on your planning process from close to start to finish (depending on your needs). If you are not clear on your design vision or maybe design is not your favorite thing, but you want your wedding to aesthetically fit your personalities then this could be a great package for you! I love to be on your design team and work closely with your professional vendors to bring your wedding day dream into a personalized day curated just for you.

Travel

I love to travel and do not restrict my services to my local area. Central Oregon, Eugene, the Oregon Coast, Washington, and beyond! Especially with partial and full planning services, destination weddings are a common occurrence so lets talk details :). Travel costs and accommodations may apply. 

Elopements

If you are planning a small intimate wedding or elopement (25 guests or less) and just want that extra helping hand to ensure your location is set as well as clean up after, securing your timeline and logistics without taking away thre romance, this is the right package for you. If you have a vision in mind but not sure how to bring it to life, ask about our styled elopement package where we design your elopement to fit a specific location, add ambiance, and gives you a touch of the wedding vibes on location without having full wedding décor and layout.  Adventure and travel are true to my heart, I would love to hear more about your vision. This package is similar to the Month Of Coordination, but on a smaller scale with a few added services such as:

  • Researching venue locations

  • Securing proper licenses or permits

  • Researching & recommending vendors that specialize in elopements

  • ++ More

A la Carte

I have found that not all of these services are necessary for each couple, so by adding them as an addition to my package, it allows me to keep costs lower for services you may not need. These are things we can also discuss during a consultation and may also be added to your package at a later time.

  • Elaborate Décor set up 

  • Styling & Design package

  • Tear down Services

  • Additional Consultation Meetings to discuss plans/checklists, design, layout. This can be a separate service at an hourly rate of $40/hour.

  • Attending Vendor Meetings/interviews

  • Several Venue Tours

  • Additional Coordinator ($40/hour for minimum of 4 hours)

  • Transportation or pick up of any décor, attire, or wedding related items.
