Month of Coordination

Service Description

Month of Coordination is what I call the more commonly known "Day of Coordinator." As your coordinator, I am there for you with advice or a shoulder to lean on, and a listening ear from day one. However, the real leg work of this package begins approximately 30 days out from your wedding date with vendor communication, fine tuning the details, and development of your timeline. Below is some of what is included in this package: 1 in person consultation (free regardless of hire). 1 Coordinator. 1-2 in person detail meetings where we discuss your vision, goals, and décor (usually within a 40 mile radius of zip code 97038, or can be done remotely via phone, facetime, etc). Contact with your vendors or "friendors" if you have a more DIY plan. Vendor referrals and research. Vendor contract review. Development of a detailed timeline and/or digital floorplan if needed. 1 Venue walkthrough approximately 2-3 weeks prior to wedding date. Unlimited communication via email, phone, text, facebook messenger. Rehearsal day management. Design supervision/management on wedding day. 7-10 hours of in person "Day Of" services, depending on first vendor arrival. ++More!
